As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring our client receives the highest level of care, dignity, and respect. Duties:

• Provide personal care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with medication management.
• Engage client in social and recreational activities, including memory care and home activities.
• Monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns to management.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to client.
• Support client with mobility and ambulation, including using wheelchairs or walkers as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to safety protocols and infection control measures.
• Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Experience:

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is required.
• Experience in senior care, hospice care, or assisted living is preferred.
• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and a passion for caregiving are essential.

Skills:

• Caregiving and senior care experience
• Knowledge of ADLs and patient monitoring
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities
• Familiarity with assisted living, group home, and memory care settings
• Ability to lift, bend, and move with ease
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
