Position Overview We're looking for a dedicated female caregiver to provide daily in-home care for clients in Irving. If you have a passion for helping seniors and experience in elderly care, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day. What You'll Do Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Provide companionship and emotional support Prepare meals based on dietary needs and preferences Monitor health, note any changes, and communicate updates to the care team Assist with safe transfers (Hoyer lift/transfer belt experience a plus) Administer medications as directed Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, etc.) Maintain accurate care documentation What We're Looking For Experience in home care, assisted living, or nursing home settings Background in dementia, Alzheimer's, or memory care preferred Comfortable assisting with mobility and physical support Knowledge of basic caregiving practices (CPR/First Aid a plus) Reliable, compassionate, and able to work independently Strong communication and interpersonal skills Benefits Flexible scheduling Health benefits 401(k) plan Employee recognition program Why Join Home Helpers?
