Licensed Massage Therapists (Subcontractors) - Special Needs & Disabilities We are seeking a few compassionate, licensed massage therapists for a subcontract position providing in-home services to individuals with special needs and disabilities throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This is a meaningful, long-term opportunity to serve clients who receive prescribed, ongoing massage therapy—typically 1-hour sessions, twice per week—through the Medicaid Waiver program.

Position Details:

Consistent, recurring client schedule Flexible hours (coordinated directly with clients/caregivers) In-home service model Paid through Medicaid Waiver program Quarterly documentation required (computer access and skills are essential) You'll have support along the way—but as a subcontractor, you are responsible for completing required documentation and maintaining your schedule.

Requirements:

Current State Massage Therapy License Active Liability/Malpractice Insurance Current CPR Certification (or equivalent) Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong communication skills A compassionate, patient-centered approach with a heart for serving individuals with special needs About the
