Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dependable individuals who are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. As an In-Home Caregiver serving Spring, TX and the surrounding communities, you will assist clients with essential daily activities—such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation—while ensuring their living environment remains safe and comfortable. Equally important, you will provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive atmosphere in which clients feel respected, valued, and well cared for. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation Provide attentive companionship and emotional support Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment Collaborate with families to understand and follow each client's individualized care plan Support clients experiencing memory-related conditions, including Alzheimer's disease and dementia Observe and report any changes in a client's health, behavior, or mood to family members or the care team Qualifications One year of caregiving experience preferred, particularly with seniors or in dementia care; compassion and reliability are equally valued Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and families A patient, kind, and understanding approach to caregiving A genuine commitment to treating every client with dignity and respect Dependable and capable of managing responsibilities with care and attention to detail Reliable transportation, as assignments may be located throughout Spring and nearby areas No CNA license required Why This Role Matters This is more than a job—it is an opportunity to provide comfort, safety, and companionship to individuals who depend on compassionate support.
