Responsibilities Provide attentive care for children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children Plan and implement engaging activities that promote childhood development, learning, and fun Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and outings to ensure safety at all times Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to share updates on their child's progress and well-being Follow mandated reporting laws by accurately documenting any concerns related to child safety or health issues Administer first aid and CPR as needed to address minor injuries or emergencies promptly Support behavior management strategies to encourage positive social interactions and emotional growth Skills Experience working with individuals with disabilities and understanding their unique needs Strong background in early childhood education and childhood development principles Proven experience caring for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children Ability to plan age-appropriate activities that stimulate learning and creativity Excellent child supervision skills combined with patience and empathy Knowledge of mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare Effective communication skills for parent engagement and team collaboration Certifications in first aid and CPR to ensure preparedness for emergencies Experience in babysitting, nannying, or youth programs teaching is highly valued Skilled in behavior management techniques to foster positive behavior in children Join us in creating a nurturing environment where children thrive! Pay:

$12.00 - $12.50 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
