This position is a wonderful opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys caring for others and wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Certifications preferred but not required. We provide all necessary training. What You'll Do Provide compassionate, respectful care and companionship to our residents Assist residents with daily activities and personal care as needed Help with meals, snacks, and food preparation Assist with activities and help create a warm, engaging environment Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe home Assist with laundry and light household tasks Monitor residents and communicate any concerns to the manager Treat every resident with patience, dignity, and kindness What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Compassionate and patient Dependable and responsible Comfortable working with seniors Attentive to detail and able to follow instructions Comfortable working as part of a small team Willing to learn and receive training Able to maintain a calm, positive, and respectful attitude Training will be provided.

Schedule Daytime Shift:
