This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, enjoys a calm nighttime environment, and takes pride in providing attentive, compassionate care. Certifications preferred but not required. We provide all necessary training. What You'll Do Provide compassionate, respectful care and companionship to our residents Assist residents with nighttime routines and personal care as needed Help residents prepare for bed and provide assistance throughout the night Monitor residents and respond to their needs Assist with toileting and other nighttime care as needed Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe home Complete light household tasks, laundry, and kitchen cleanup as needed Prepare for the morning shift and communicate important updates to the manager Treat every resident with patience, dignity, and kindness What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy Dependable and responsible Comfortable working independently Comfortable working with seniors Attentive to detail and able to follow instructions Able to remain alert and responsive throughout the overnight shift Willing to learn and receive training Able to maintain a calm, positive, and respectful attitude CNA Certification is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

Schedule Nighttime Shift:

7:00 PM - 7:00 AM This is a hands-on caregiving position in a small residential setting. Reliability, attentiveness, and consistent attendance are extremely important. Why Anne's Harbor?
