The ideal candidate will be reliable, patient, and committed to enhancing the quality of life for our clients. This position is based in North Dallas and involves working closely with one client in a home setting.

Position Details Schedule:

1-3 days per week, 7AM-7PM, including Sat & Sun(every other weekend)

Pay:

$15.50-$16.50/hour (based on experience), paid weekly

Location:

North Dallas Responsibilities Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation Provide personal care and emotional support Use an electric Hoyer lift for safe client transfers Redirect and calmly manage behaviors if client becomes combative Follow a specific care plan and daily routine consistently Write detailed care notes after each shift (required) Maintain a safe, clean environment and perform light housekeeping Engage client in social activities to support emotional well-being Requirements Female caregivers only (client preference) Previous caregiving or home health experience required MUST have experience with an electric Hoyer lift Ability to redirect and de-escalate combative behaviors Comfortable writing accurate and detailed care notes CPR/First Aid certification preferred Compassionate, patient, and dependable Experience & Skills Prior experience in caregiving, home health, or related fields (long-term care, hospice, disability support) Familiarity with patient observation and basic health monitoring Strong communication skills and ability to work independently A compassionate approach that promotes dignity and respect
