Caregiver / Personal Care Attendant PartnerCare Health, LLC - Sugar Land, TX & Surrounding Areas Part-Time / PRN PartnerCare Health, LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable, and patient caregivers to assist individuals in their homes. We are looking for people who genuinely enjoy helping others and believe every client deserves to be treated with dignity, kindness, respect, and understanding. Responsibilities Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily activities Assist with mobility and transfers Prepare simple meals Provide companionship and supervision Perform light housekeeping and laundry Provide medication reminders Follow the client's individualized service plan Report changes or concerns promptly Accurately clock in/out using Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Qualifications Compassionate, patient, reliable, and trustworthy Caregiving experience preferred Comfortable assisting older adults and individuals who need support Reliable transportation Able to meet required background and employment screening requirements Why PartnerCare Health?
