Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to , the following: Ensure the health, safety and well being of residents in your care Keep accurate data on the implementation of the treatment plan Assist residents in preparing meals and ensure that they received the prescribed diet Keep the residential facility, including the grounds & vehicles, clean, safe and insect free Keep laundry done on a timely basis and assist with clothing care Ensure that rules and procedures are followed Assist residents with self-administration of medication Supervise recreational activities Assist with grocery shopping Transporting residents to activities, appointments and training center Escorting residents to medical / dental appointments This position is a live in the group home for 4 days and then 4 days off. You stay on site for 96 hours sleeping there.
