Summary We are seeking caregivers to join our team in the Fredericksburg area. This role is vital in delivering personalized support to seniors. As an in-home caregiver, you will play a key role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients while upholding our mission of providing compassionate care. Responsibilities Provide compassionate personal care and assistance to seniors in their homes. Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation. Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the care manager. Support clients with mobility and transportation needs. Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients. Foster positive relationships with clients and their families. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities. Qualifications Proven experience in geriatrics or senior care is preferred. Knowledge of post-acute and sub-acute care practices. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and families. Ability to work independently while following established protocols. Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to enhancing client well-being.
