This is NOT a high-medical environment. This is supportive living.

No lifting Responsibilities include:

Medication reminders ADL reminders (hygiene assistance) Assistance with room upkeep/ laundry Housekeeping Meal prep Maintaining structure and calm in the home Communication with management We are looking for someone who: Is emotionally steady and not reactive Can maintain boundaries without being harsh Is reliable (no last-minute call-ins) Has experience in care giving settings Has a valid driver's license or state issued ID and can pass basic background check (no crimes against people) This is a small home setting We value consistency, respect, and structure. If you are looking for something stable and meaningful — not chaotic or gossip driven— this could be a good fit. Excellent position for someone who loves assisting others with their day to day routine.
