Role Overview:

As a Dedicated Caregiver at FirstLight Home Care, you will bring warmth, comfort, and personalized support directly into clients' homes. In this role, you'll work closely with families and healthcare partners to cultivate a safe, uplifting, and caring environment. Whether you work on-site in Grapevine, you'll have the flexibility to engage in meaningful interactions that make a difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Offer meaningful companionship, comfort, and personal care, including bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Prepare nourishing meals and assist with light housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe environment. Provide emotional support to clients and their families, fostering trust and understanding. Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals to align care plans with clients' needs. Collaborate with the caregiving team to ensure consistent and compassionate care delivery.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Experience in caregiving or a related field. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and families. Patience and empathy, with a genuine passion for helping others. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Bonus If You:

Hold certifications in CPR or First Aid. Have experience with clients who have specific health challenges or disabilities. Are bilingual and can effectively communicate in languages other than English.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as Full-Time, Part-Time, or Temporary, with availability on Monday through Sunday.
