All Tx Health Care, Inc. is seeking an Electronic Visit Verification/ Primary Home Care clerk. The ideal candidate must be professional, with great communication, organizational and social skills, a hard worker, problem solver, responsible, reliable, and able to handle a demanding position.

Primary Functions:

Responsible for EVV maintenance, clerical, use of office machines and other duties as required. Must make phone calls, send messaging blasts, and text messages to ensure all EVV maintenance is verified in a timely manner. Must also orientate providers on maintenance process and be knowledgeable on the Vesta Mobile app. Ensures that the agency follows all state rules and regulations Assist with agency communications including telephones, ordering, and tracking of token devices. Will assist and back up programs department which plays a central role in the development and coordination of direct client care services.

Required Qualifications:

High School Graduate At least two years' experience as an EVV office clerk Vesta software knowledge Bilingual (Eng./Spanish)
