Job Summary Join our compassionate team as a Caregiver working from 1:45pm to 10:45pm, dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to residents in a vibrant assisted living or long-term care environment. Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure residents' health stability Support medication administration following proper protocols and resident rights guidelines Provide compassionate care for residents with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or other cognitive disabilities through personalized engagement and behavior management techniques Perform safe patient lifting practices and manual handling to prevent injury for both residents and caregivers Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary Maintain a clean, safe environment by assisting with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning resident areas and common spaces Skills Proven experience in assisted living, nursing home, or residential care environments Strong understanding of dementia care, memory care, and geriatrics principles Knowledge of medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and first aid/CPR certification Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, and team members to ensure comprehensive care Experience working with individuals with developmental or cognitive disabilities in home or community settings Familiarity with resident's rights policies and safe patient lifting practices Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and perform manual handling tasks confidently Join us if you're passionate about caregiving and eager to provide top-tier support that truly makes a difference.
