Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist with medication reminders Encourage and support independence and autonomy in our clients Engage in conversations, play games, and participate in activities that bring joy and fulfillment to our clients' lives Collaborate with our care team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and progress

Requirements:
