Caregiver Job Summary At SYNERGY HomeCare of Conroe, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team! As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others by providing high-quality care and support to our clients. Responsibilities Provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist with medication reminders Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with light housekeeping and laundry Encourage social interaction and engagement, promoting mental and emotional well-being Document client care and progress in accordance with company policies and procedures Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support About the Role As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare of Conroe, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and caring environment that values compassion, respect, and integrity.
