$12.00 per hourPay is based on experience and may increase after a job performance evaluation PRN and overnight shifts available CNA certification is preferred but NOT required Applicants with or without a CNA certificate are encouraged to apply Preferred Qualifications Preferably lives in or near Katy for reliable transportation and shift coverage Previous caregiving, senior care, assisted living, personal care, or home care experience is a plus Dependable and punctual Compassionate and patient when working with residents Able to assist with activities of daily living and resident needs Able to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment Comfortable working independently during overnight shifts Strong communication skills Must be able to follow care instructions and workplace policies Responsibilities Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living Provide supervision and support as needed Assist with meals and light housekeeping Maintain resident safety, dignity, and comfort Complete routine documentation as required Monitor residents during overnight hours Promptly report changes, concerns, or emergencies to management Maintain a clean and safe residential environment Who Should Apply?
