Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and caring Caregiver to join our team .In this role, you will support seniors and individuals with disabilities by assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, and ensuring their safety and well-being. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of those you serve while working in a supportive environment. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor residents' health by observing vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns promptly Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning in accordance with care plans Support clients with medication reminders and administration under supervision when applicable Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry Use patient observation skills to identify potential issues related to dementia, Alzheimer's, or other cognitive impairments Qualifications Prior experience in home care, assisted living, nursing home, or group home settings preferred Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards Certifications such as CPR, First Aid, and relevant caregiving training are highly desirable Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, dementia, or memory care needs is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when required for resident transfers or mobility assistance Strong observational skills for patient monitoring and responding appropriately to changes in condition Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills and patience for working with seniors and individuals with disabilities Join us if you're passionate about providing meaningful support that enhances quality of life!
