Infant Room Caregiver

Faith based preschool seeking like-minded employees to link arms with us!

Duties:

• Provide a nurturing and supportive learning environment for children
• Foster social and emotional development through positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to maintain schedule of different infants.
• Monitor child progress and provide regular feedback to parents/guardians
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
• Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with infants
• Pays special attention to
• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children

MUST BE WILLING TO CHANGE DIAPERS!

Skills:
