Job Overview Live-in Home Caregiver (Group Home) - All Bills Paid We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Live-in Home Caregiver to join our team and provide personalized care in a group home setting. The ideal candidate will have experience or familiarity with Home and Community-based Services (HCS) and a strong commitment to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or those requiring long-term care. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities, including hygiene, meals, and mobility. Administer medications and monitor vital signs as needed. Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being. Support individuals with developmental disabilities and autism through tailored care approaches. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to HIPAA regulations at all times. Document client progress and report any changes in health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care. Experience Previous HCS experience or a related field is preferred but not required. Knowledge of long-term care practices and first aid is beneficial. Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is a plus. Must demonstrate strong communication skills, empathy, and patience in all interactions. Ability to follow care plans developed by healthcare professionals while being adaptable to changing client needs. Benefits Compensation Package includes
