Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to promote independence and dignity Monitor patients' vital signs and observe changes in health status, reporting findings accurately and promptly Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary restrictions and preferences, supporting overall health and well-being Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing personal spaces Requirements Knowledge of Alzheimer's care, dementia management, memory care, hospice care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred Ability to perform physical tasks and adapt to different environments. Strong observational skills for patient monitoring and recognizing changes in health status or behavior Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients' families, healthcare providers, and team members Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or overnight as needed Must pass Drug Screen and Background Check.
