Full-time / Part-time/PRN Texas Pro Homecare is seeking dependable and compassionate Direct Care Staff to support adults in a residential group home for individuals with mental health conditions. Staff assist residents with daily routines, medication administration, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe and structured home environment. We are currently hiring staff members for the following shifts: Day shift Night shift PRN shiftSchedule:
Dayshift:
Monday- Friday 8:00 AM
- 8:00
PM Night Shift:
Monday- Friday 8:00 PM
- 8:00
AM Responsibilities:
Administer and document resident medications as scheduled Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner for residents Manage and support residents' daily schedules and routines Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene and personal care Maintain a clean and organized home environment Supervise residents and ensure house rules and safety procedures are followed Conduct hourly safety checks and document resident activity during the shift Complete daily documentation and shift reports Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Atleast 2 years experience in caregiving, CNA, behavioral health, or group homes preferred. Must be dependable, patient, and able to work with individuals with mental health conditions.
