Position Overview We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our growing team as In-Home Caregivers . In this role, you will enrich the lives of seniors and individuals in need by providing daily living assistance, companionship, and dedicated support in the safety and comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Provide assistance with mobility, transferring, and positioning as needed. Prepare and serve nutritious meals and assist with feeding if required. Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying up, ect. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social outings. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in caregiving, preferably in a home care setting. Great communication skills. Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards the Seniors. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (preferred). Must pass a background check. CNA skill set preferred (but not required). CareCo
