Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and reliable Care Professionals to serve the Williamson County area who are dedicated to helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. This role focuses on providing non‑medical support with dignity, respect, and genuine care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with personal care tasks, including toileting and incontinence care Support clients with mobility and daily routines Perform light housekeeping such as tidying, laundry, and meal preparation Run errands, including grocery shopping and prescription pick‑ups Maintain a safe environment and report any concerns to the care team
What We're Looking For:
A compassionate, patient, and reliable personality Respect for seniors' independence, preferences, and dignity Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively Home Health Aide (HHA), C.N.A., Assisted Living, Home Health Care, or Hospice Aide experience preferred Saturday and Sunday availability Comfortable traveling within a 25 mile radius to assignments All Care Professionals will go through specific training designed by Home Instead in Personal Care tasks (which includes demonstrating ability to assist our clients with grooming, bathing, continence care, and mobility) prior to working for our clients. After training, Care Professionals will feel confident going into the client's home helping them achieve success with their emotional, physical and mental wellbeing. Pay:
$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
