Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide dedicated support to children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. In this vital role, you will create a safe, nurturing environment that promotes childhood development, learning, and well-being. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster positive growth experiences for the children in your care, ensuring they feel loved, secure, and engaged every day. Responsibilities Provide attentive care for children, including infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood education, creativity, and social skills Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, and nap times in accordance with best practices Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive interactions and emotional development Support children with disabilities or special needs by adapting activities and providing personalized care Maintain a clean and organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns Requirements Proven experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education techniques Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred Experience caring for infants and toddlers with patience and enthusiasm Ability to manage behavior effectively while fostering a nurturing environment Strong communication skills to collaborate with families and team members Flexibility to adapt to different children's needs and routines Join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of children!
