We are offering two consistent Monday-Friday schedules, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, making these roles ideal for caregivers looking for routine, stability, and work-life balance, with weekends free. What You'll Do As a caregiver, you'll play a key role in helping residents feel comfortable, safe, and cared for throughout their day: Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Support daily routines, hygiene, and structure: morning routines on the day shift, and evening and bedtime routines on the evening shift Assist with meal service (breakfast and lunch on days, dinner on evenings), hydration, and engagement Provide compassionate support for residents in assisted living and memory care Monitor residents and report any changes in condition Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment Offer companionship and meaningful interaction throughout your shift Document care accurately and follow HIPAA guidelines What We're Looking For Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to follow care plans and support structured routines Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred A calm, positive presence that residents can depend on every day Requirements Must be 18 years or older Ability to pass a background check Ability to complete required training per Texas regulations Physically able to assist with lifting, transfers, and extended standing/walking Schedule & Pay Day shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Evening shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM No overnights or weekends required
