Senior Care Solutions is hiring a dependable, patient caregiver to work one-on-one with a 21-year-old nonverbal young man with autism in Missouri City.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, approximately 1:30 PM-5:30 PM 20 hours per week , with the possibility of additional daytime, evening, and occasional weekend hours .

Responsibilities include:

Providing supervision, companionship, and assistance with daily activities Assisting/reminding with toileting and personal care as needed Engaging him in activities and helping maintain a consistent routine Taking him on community outings when requested Applicants MUST have: Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities Valid driver's license Reliable personal vehicle and current auto insurance Willingness to transport the client for occasional outings Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Professional, patient, and compassionate attitude This is a W-2 caregiver position with a small, locally owned home care agency. We are looking for someone who wants to build a consistent relationship with the client and family—not someone looking for a temporary fill-in position.
