Part-Time Pay:
$13.00/hr; increased to $13.50/hr after 90 days with no violations About the Position We are seeking a highly skilled, compassionate, and dependable caregiver to provide exceptional in-home care to our clients. The ideal candidate is experienced, professional, attentive to detail, and genuinely passionate about helping others maintain their independence and quality of life at home. This position is ideal for a caregiver who takes pride in providing reliable, personalized, and high-quality care and who understands the importance of treating every client with dignity, respect, and compassion. Responsibilities Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene Provide mobility assistance and transfers as needed Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan Assist with light housekeeping and laundry Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and activities when needed Monitor and report changes in the client's condition or behavior Follow individualized care plans and company policies Maintain accurate and timely communication with the office and client's family Protect client privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times Provide dependable care and communicate promptly regarding scheduling or client needs Qualifications Previous professional caregiving experience required (at least 6 months) Experience with senior care, dementia care, mobility assistance, or complex care preferred Must be dependable, punctual, and responsible Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and make sound decisions within the scope of the care plan Must demonstrate patience, compassion, and professionalism Reliable and insured transportation and a valid driver's license isrequired Must be able to pass required background and employment screenings What We're Looking For Our ideal caregiver is someone who: ✔ Shows up and can be counted on ✔ Takes initiative and pays attention to the little things ✔ Treats clients like family while maintaining professional boundaries ✔ Is confident providing hands-on care ✔ Communicates well with clients, families, and the care team ✔ Is comfortable caring for clients with changing needs ✔ Has a positive attitude and a heart for caregiving Why Join Our Team?
