RBT Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and certified RBT to join our team at Hidden Talents ABA, a leading provider of individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism in Montgomery, Texas. As an RBT, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or community settings, running ABA programs under BCBA supervision. Role:

This part-time RBT position offers a competitive hourly rate of $17-$24/hour based on experience , with automatic raises every 6 months, no cap. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, providing ABA therapy sessions to children with autism. As an RBT at Hidden Talents ABA, you will: Run ABA therapy sessions in home, school, or community settings Target communication, social, and daily living skills Keep accurate session data and documentation Follow behavior intervention plans and handle challenging behaviors as they come up Work closely with BCBAs and families

Requirements:

Active RBT certification, currently in good standing (we don't provide certification training — you'll need this before applying) At least 6 months of ABA experience High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

What We Offer:
