```

Duties:

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document medication administration accurately
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
• Engage in social activities and provide companionship to residents
• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and mental health
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents
• Follow all HIPAA regulations to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of resident information

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in assisted living or caregiving preferred
• Knowledge of medication administration procedures and protocols
• Familiarity with social work principles and practices
• Understanding of dementia care techniques and strategies
• Ability to perform basic medical tasks such as taking vital signs
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff members
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
