Job Summary Join our dedicated team as an In Home Caregiver, where you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, personalized care to individuals in their own homes. Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment for clients Use manual handling techniques and equipment like Hoyer lifts to safely transfer clients with mobility challenges Skills Strong patient observation skills to identify changes in health or behavior promptly Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities Proficiency in caring for seniors and supporting those with geriatrics needs Excellent communication skills for collaborating with healthcare teams and family members Join us in making a meaningful difference!
