Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality personal care and meaningful companionship to seniors Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Prepare simple meals and help with light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean environment Run errands or provide transportation to appointments as needed Observe, document, and communicate any changes in a client's health, mood, or routine Build positive relationships with clients, families, and the Monarch Care Co. team Uphold our standards of professionalism, reliability, and compassion at all times

Qualifications:
