Pearland, Texas Full-Time & Part-Time Shifts:

The Comfort Corner Community is a Type B assisted living facility in Pearland, Texas, dedicated to providing compassionate, resident-centered care in a warm, home-like environment. We're looking for reliable, caring individuals to join our team and help our residents live with dignity, comfort, and joy.Position Summary:
The Caregiver provides direct, hands-on care and support to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met in accordance with Texas HHSC regulations and each resident's Individual Service Plan (ISP). Shifts Available 6:00 AM- 2:00 PM 2:00 PM
- 10:00 PM 10:00 PM
- 6:00 AM 12-hour shift options available Key Responsibilities Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Assist with meals, hydration, and dietary needs per care plans Administer or assist with medications per MAR (Medication Administration Record), if certified/delegated Monitor and document resident condition changes; report to supervisor/nurse promptly Support residents with light housekeeping, laundry, and room upkeep Engage residents in social, recreational, and therapeutic activities Respond to resident call lights and emergencies promptly Maintain accurate documentation in resident charts and shift logs Follow infection control, safety, and emergency preparedness protocols Foster a respectful, dignified, and person-centered care environment Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred CNA certification preferred, but not required (will train the right candidate) Prior caregiving or senior care experience a plus Must pass background check, TB test, and drug screening Must be able to lift/assist residents and stand/walk for extended periods CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including weekends/holidays What We Offer Competitive pay:$15•17 an hour Paid training and certification opportunities Supportive, family-oriented team culture Opportunities for growth within a growing senior care organization How to
