Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, dressing, and nap times for infants and toddlers. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to share updates on their child's progress and well-being. Administer basic first aid and CPR in emergency situations to ensure safety and health. Support children with disabilities or special needs by adapting activities and providing personalized care. Experience Prior experience working with children across different age groups, including babysitting or nannying roles. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices. Experience caring for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children in both home or childcare settings. Familiarity with activity planning tailored to children's interests and developmental stages. Understanding of behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior and social interactions. Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred; ongoing training is encouraged. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or participating in youth programs enhances your ability to support diverse needs effectively.
