In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining lawns, landscapes, and outdoor features to ensure our clients' properties look their absolute best. Whether you're trimming trees, mowing lawns, or operating power tools, your work will directly enhance the beauty and health of outdoor environments. Duties Mow lawns using various equipment such as riding mowers and push mowers to achieve a clean, even appearance. Perform landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, trimming trees, and shrubbery to promote healthy growth. Use hand tools and power tools for tasks like edging, weed whacking, and soil preparation. Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting and repairing sprinklers to ensure proper watering schedules. Assist with hardscape projects such as installing pathways or retaining walls to enhance outdoor aesthetics. Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep driveways and walkways safe and accessible. Support general garden care and horticulture practices to foster vibrant plant life across various landscapes. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot lawn care equipment and power tools efficiently. Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, and gardening techniques. Familiarity with landscaping principles, hardscape installation, and tree care practices. Ability to use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and hoes confidently. Knowledge of irrigation systems for installation and repair purposes. Basic understanding of construction-related tasks relevant to outdoor projects. Ability to perform snow plowing safely during winter conditions. Good physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labor as needed.
