CAREGIVER - RESIDENTIAL CARE HOME

Schedule 7 on/7 off

Pay:

Earn up to $1000.00

• per week based upon 7 on/7 off schedule At Home Personal Care Homes is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Live-In Caregiver to join our team at our residential care home. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys caring for seniors and understands the importance of creating a safe, clean, comfortable, and family-style home environment.

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care Providing supervision, companionship, and assistance throughout the day Assisting residents with mobility and fall prevention Preparing home-cooked meals and snacks Encouraging proper nutrition and hydration Providing medication reminders within the caregiver's permitted scope Laundry, changing linens, and maintaining residents' personal areas Light housekeeping and helping keep the entire home clean, organized, and welcoming Engaging residents in conversation and appropriate daily activities Providing dementia/memory-care support and redirection when needed Observing residents for changes and promptly reporting concerns Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating with management Helping maintain a peaceful, respectful, and positive atmosphere within the home

We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:

Experienced working with seniors Experienced with dementia or memory care preferred Dependable and punctual Patient, compassionate, and attentive Comfortable cooking and maintaining a household Able to assist with personal care and transfers Able to follow care plans and company policies Professional and able to communicate well with residents, families, and management Comfortable working in a small residential care-home environment

LIVE-IN POSITION

. Candidates must be comfortable staying in the home during their scheduled live-in rotation. A designated sleeping area will be provided.
