Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. The ideal candidate will have experience in home care, senior care, or hospice care, and possess a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for those they serve. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized care and ensuring the comfort and safety of clients in various settings, including assisted living facilities and private homes. Responsibilities Provide direct support and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Monitor and document clients' health status and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Assist with mobility and transportation needs, ensuring clients can safely navigate their environment. Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' overall well-being. Assist client with medication as prescribed and assist with basic medical tasks under supervision. Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping duties. Uphold confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations while providing care. Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to create individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs. Qualifications Previous experience in home care, senior care, hospice care, or long-term care is a plus, not a must-have. Knowledge of patient care techniques and first aid is desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing high-quality care. Ability to follow instructions accurately while demonstrating attention to detail. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
