We are looking for individuals—of all genders—who have a heart for children and youth, are energetic, and willing to learn. Experience working with children and youth in treatment settings is preferred but not required. We provide care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week , and are currently looking to hire one candidate : Part time position (3-4 days a week): 11 PM - 7AM Please do not apply if you are unable to work these specified days/hours. Table of Grace serves children and youth ages 5 to 17—both boys and girls—who have experienced abuse, neglect, and trauma. We provide holistic, trauma-informed care , with a focus on safety, healing, and well-being. Our goal is to help youth make healthy choices and develop the skills needed for success.

Direct Care responsibilities include:

Ensuring the safety and supervision of children and youth Creating and maintaining a therapeutic, structured environment Supporting daily routines and recreational activities Assisting with wake-up, school/education, hygiene, and meals Mentoring, listening, and nurturing youth Modeling positive behavior and enforcing rules and guidelines Providing youth with a voice and meaningful connections Performing additional clerical work All staff receive pre-service training and continuing education in Emergency Behavior Intervention, trauma-informed care, and other topics relevant to youth in care. Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older Must pass a Criminal Background Check , Central Registry Check , and FBI fingerprint check Must pass a pre-hire drug screening Obtain hands-on CPR/First Aid certification , and pass a pre-employment drug screening Must have a valid driver's license and proof of car insurance Must be able to use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), use printer/scanner, and common office tools.

Starting Pay:
