Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being and reduce feelings of isolation Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning tasks and organization of personal spaces Follow detailed care plans developed by healthcare professionals to deliver consistent, personalized support Qualifications Prior experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments is highly preferred Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams Ability to perform heavy lifting safely using proper patient transfer methods when necessary Join us in delivering exceptional home & community care that enriches lives!
