Duties Include:

Following the care plan taking clients to appointments Activities such as taking walks, playing games, reading, etc. Meal preparation housekeeping duties Hospital accompaniment Travel/transportation assistance Dressing assistance Bathing, hair washing, and shaving Assistance with oral hygiene and toileting Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support

Requirements:

Proven working experience as home health aide Ability to monitor vital signs and to collect specimens Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards Proficiency in English Caring and compassionate personality Current CPR certificate First Aid training Must be honest, fair, dependable, respect confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others Valid driver's license and proof of insurance High school degree
