Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Assisting Hands North Austin, you will be responsible for providing personalized, non-medical support services to our clients, enabling them to maintain their dignity and independence in the comfort of their homes. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to ensure that individuals receive the compassionate care they deserve. Whether you work full-time, part-time, or on-call, you'll have the flexibility to tailor your schedule to meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Provide companionship and emotional support to encourage a positive atmosphere. Help clients maintain a clean and safe living environment. Document and report any changes in client condition or needs to the care team. Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive support and care for clients.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Compassionate caregiver with a strong sense of integrity and advocacy. Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English. Ability to follow care plans and maintain detailed records. Previous experience in caregiving or relevant healthcare experience is a plus. Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends.

Bonus If You:

Possess relevant certifications in caregiving or healthcare. Have experience working with elderly or disabled clients. Are fluent in additional languages to enhance communication.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position offers Full-Time, Part-Time, and On-Call shifts, with availability needed on weekdays and weekends.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Lago Vista, Texas.

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
