PAY:
$15
  • 25 PER HOUR Pay is based on certifications, experience, skills, and position.
Experienced caregivers, CNAs, Med Techs, and caregivers with specialized training may qualify for higher pay.

HANDS-ON TRAINING
We believe great caregivers should have the opportunity to continue learning. Our First Friday training program provides hands-on experience and practical education designed to help caregivers feel confident and prepared in the field.
Training may include:
Hoyer Lift and Safe Transfer Techniques Dementia and Alzheimer's Care Parkinson's Care ALS Care Stroke and Coma Care Bedbound Client Care Proper Body Mechanics Fall Prevention Personal Care Skills And more
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide compassionate, dependable non-medical care to clients in their homes and communities Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping related to the client Follow individualized care plans and client instructions Assist with transfers and mobility according to training and care-plan requirements Observe and report changes in a client's condition Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with the office Protect client privacy, dignity, safety, and independence Maintain professional boundaries and follow company policies
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Compassionate and dependable individuals Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required for all positions CNA, HHA, Med Tech, or other relevant certifications are a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable attendance and transportation Ability to work independently while following a care plan Willingness to learn and participate in required training A genuine desire to help seniors and individuals who need assistance
