Job Description

Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in various medical settings, including Level I and Level II Trauma Centers, clinics, and outpatient environments. As an In Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily activities and ensuring their safety and comfort. Duties Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance. Assist clients with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status. Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks. Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being and companionship. Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to develop individualized care plans tailored to client needs. Requirements Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related healthcare field is preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures related to emergency medicine, medical-surgical care, hospital medicine, or outpatient services is a plus. Ability to work independently while demonstrating strong communication skills. Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care. Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations. Certification in CPR/First Aid is desirable but not mandatory; training may be provided.
