We provide a online training to help our caregivers advance Job Overview We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and comfort. Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals following dietary restrictions
  • Monitor and report changes in client's health status
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
  • Document patient observations and care provided
  • Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality standards including HIPAA regulations Qualifications
  • 2 years Experience in caregiving, home care, or related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of basic medical procedures and terminology
  • CPR certification is a plus
  • Familiarity with medical records systems is advantageous
  • Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor
  • Able and willing to drive within a 20-mile radius of home address.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
