THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN LAKEWAY, TX. DAY TIME SHIFTS
Role Overview:
As a Dementia Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers of Southwest Austin, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, non-medical in-home care to seniors and adults. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our dedicated office team to ensure that clients receive compassionate and reliable care that meets their individual needs. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you will have the flexibility to choose a schedule that works for you.Key Responsibilities:
Provide medication reminders to clients. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Support clients with mobility and help them with their daily routines. Provide companionship and emotional support. Deliver Alzheimer's and Dementia care support as needed.Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Experience in providing care to seniors or adults. Compassionate and reliable with a strong ethical commitment. Good communication skills, including proficiency in English. A strong desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others.Bonus If You:
Have additional certifications in senior care or dementia care. Are familiar with local resources and support groups for seniors.Employment Type & Availability:
