Role:
Personalized Care:
Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Engagement:
Encourage participation in community activities, providing companionship and fostering social connections.
Supportive Tasks:
Help with meal preparation and service, light housekeeping, and maintaining a comfortable, home-like environment.
Medication Management:
Provide reminders and assist with medications as needed.
What We Look For:
Experience:
Previous caregiving experience is beneficial, especially with individuals with dementia.
Skills:
Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and patient demeanor.
Qualities:
Empathy, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing compassionate care.
Training:
