Comfort Keepers is looking for dependable and compassionate caregivers to provide personalized in-home support to seniors in the Weatherford, TX (76086) area. Compensation & Benefits $15.50-$17.00 per hour, based on experience and CNA certification Additional $1.50/hour weekend differential Bi-weekly pay with direct deposit Paid training and orientation Employee referral program Insurance benefits available for eligible full-time employees PTO accrual begins after one year of employment Flexible scheduling based on your availability Opportunities for additional hours Support from our office and scheduling teams Real-time assistance when you need support in the field What We're Looking For At least 1 year of experience providing care to seniors through an agency, facility, or private-duty setting CNA certification is preferred but not required Valid driver's license Reliable transportation and current auto insurance Ability to safely lift at least 25 pounds Dementia or Alzheimer's care experience is a plus Comfortable working in homes with small dogs and cats Ability to remain responsive to calls, texts, and emails regarding scheduling Typical Caregiver Responsibilities As a caregiver, you may provide a combination of companionship and hands-on assistance based on each client's individual care plan.

Responsibilities may include:

Spending time with clients and providing companionship Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding Helping clients maintain personal hygiene and daily routines Providing medication reminders Preparing meals and assisting with basic meal planning Completing light household tasks such as laundry, changing linens, and tidying Accompanying clients to appointments or helping with errands Providing safe mobility and transfer assistance as needed Following the client's established care plan Communicating changes or concerns to the appropriate office team member Supporting families by providing dependable and compassionate care Why Work With Comfort Keepers?
