Our dedicated caregivers deliver personalized care to promote independence and peace of mind for families, ensuring safety and comfort in the comfort of home or assisted living settings. Overview We are urgently hiring caring and dependable caregivers to join our team for daytime, mid-shift, evening, and overnight roles. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by providing comprehensive personal care, support with daily activities, and companionship. Our caregivers are vital in helping clients maintain their independence while ensuring their safety and well-being. Requirements Valid Driver's License Valid Auto Insurance with your name listed as a covered driver Reliable Transportation with the ability to safely transport clients to doctor's appointments, errands, and other approved destinations. Ability to Pass a Criminal Background Check Minimum of 6 Months of Professional Caregiving Experience in Home Health, a Caregiving Agency, or a Healthcare Facility Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Monitor patients' health status by observing vital signs and reporting any changes to healthcare professionals. Support clients with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs tailored to individual dietary plans. Help with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment. Facilitate patient transfer using appropriate methods such as Hoyer lifts or patient transfer techniques while ensuring manual handling safety standards. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or other neurodevelopmental or developmental disabilities. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and communicate effectively with clients' families and healthcare teams. Assist with transportation for medical appointments or community outings to promote social engagement Candidates should possess relevant experience working in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or hospice care environments.

Prior experience with patient observation, dementia care (including Alzheimer's), memory care.

Familiarity with care plans, patient monitoring techniques such as vital signs measurement, manual handling skills including heavy lifting and patient transfers are essential.

Experience working within HIPAA regulations and providing long-term or geriatrics care will strengthen your application.
