Job Description

Clean Harbors is seeking a Driver Class A to safely operate commercial vehicles supporting environmental and industrial service projects. In this role, you will transport materials and equipment between customer locations, company facilities, and job sites while strictly following DOT and company safety standards. You will complete thorough pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain accurate logs and manifests, and assist with loading, unloading, and securement of industrial and environmental materials. Working closely with field crews, you may support spill response, waste removal, and industrial cleaning activities. Responsibilities Operate CDL Class A vehicles to transport materials and equipment to customer and company sites. Follow all DOT, company, and safety regulations, including proper use of PPE and ELDs. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance or safety issues promptly. Assist with loading, unloading, and securement of materials, including industrial or environmental waste. Support field crews during environmental and industrial service projects as needed. Maintain accurate logs, manifests, and trip documentation in compliance with regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members to coordinate routes and schedules. Respond safely to changing road, weather, and worksite conditions while minimizing risk. Participate in safety meetings, training, and drills related to spill response and environmental compliance.
